  • When I started at YogaSix last year, Joan quickly became one of my favorite instructors. Her sculpt and flow classes were always upbeat, challenging and FUN! She has an energy that is contagious and a playlist that is forever changing. I love when she does themed classes, and I know the rest of the studio did as well. Recently, Joan volunteered to host my friends and I for a yoga flow for my bachelorette party. She prepared a 45 minute slow flow and took my song suggestions to create a playlist that was 100% me.
